Room Dimensions and Rental Fee

Ballroom

• 47 x 27  (1,269 square feet)
• $275 per 5 hour event
• $50 per hour thereafter

Monadnock Room

• 23 x 27   (621 square feet)
• $175 per 5 hour event
• $30 per hour thereafter

Sunapee Room

• 24 x 27   (648 square feet)
• $175 per 5 hour event
• $30 per hour thereafter

 

• Rates do not include setup and takedown, linens, china, staging, dance floor, audiovisual equipment, etc. 
• Use of the Reception/Bar area is available in conjunction with the Ballroom, Monadnock or Sunapee Room at an additional cost of $50. 
• Contact us regarding possible discounted rates for non-profit organizations.   
• Contact one of our approved caterers for complete package prices which include food and beverage service.
•  All rooms are handicap accessible.
•   An extra time allowance of 2 hours is allowed for setup and 2 hours for takedown/cleanup.

Atrium Reception Area

Description and Usage Fee

The glass-domed Atrium Reception Area provides an ideal setting for an elegant reception or cocktail party. With over 1,000 square feet of marble tiled floor area the venue can accommodate non-seated groups of up to 150 persons. 

• Available independently or in conjunction with the Ballroom, Sunapee or Monadnock rooms, the Atrium may be rented for $300 per 5-hour event and $50 per hour thereafter. 
• Only food or beverages provided by one of our approved caterers may be served. 
• Use of the space is limited to Saturdays, after 1 pm and Sundays, day or evening.
