Our Building and Its Location
Strategically located directly off Interstate Route I-19 at Exit 13 , with almost 46,000 square feet of Class-A office space, The Gateway Center is a stunning showcase for corporate headquarters, business offices, professional suites, technical facilities, and educational classrooms. Recognizing that workplace selection is one of the most important decisions a firm will make, our management collaborates closely in the design and ultimate buildout of every tenant’s facility.

In-House and Neighborhood Amenities
The Gateway Center houses a small cafe´ and an Event Center (see below) with other restaurants, food outlets, several motels, a drug store, and an athletic club, all within a short walk. Government buildings, the Capital Center for the Arts, and historic Concord’s many businesses, shops and activities are just a few blocks down South Main Street.

The highly visible building also features an elegant Event Center, providing a versatile, distraction free venue for conferences, meetings, and lectures…and, with its catering kitchen, it offers a delightful location for banquets and parties.

Our Commitment to Environmental Responsibility
New Hampshire’s largest solar photovoltaic system on our rooftop and south wall employs sunlight to generate much of the building’s common area electrical power. Our solar photovoltaic system is just the most visible component of management’s ongoing commitment to efficiency in energy and water use and to the recycling of waste materials. We are constantly striving to minimize our carbon footprint.
